PSP 2020 How to access the Toolbars

I have just upgraded from PSP 2019 Ultimate to PSP 2020 and was immediately disappointed with the rather childish and virtually totally changed minimalist interface.
A few basic-looking basic icons are listed at the bottom of the screen but that's it!

So my first trial was to import an image with a horizon which needed slight straightening.
But this tool is now nowhere to be seen where before on PSP 2019 it was on the LH side of the workspace.
So I looked around and tried the Help function but that was no help. I also looked on YouTube but to no avail.

This is what it says in the Help Section -
To select which toolbars are displayed
Edit tab
1Click View  Customize to display the Customize dialog box.
2Click the Toolbars tab.
3Mark the check box next to the name of the toolbar you want to display.

But when you click the View button at the top LH side of the screen there is no Customize listed in the drop down menu!

Could someone please tell me what process I have to go through to see the Toolbar that has the Straightening Tool on it?

I suspect you are in the Photography Workspace

Thanks. I think I ended up getting into the Complete Tool Bar section which is similar to the PSP 2019 layout.
I'm sure I will find out what the Photography workspace if for later.
