We were using v3 and having problems burning DVDs. I loaded the lastest v3 patch and burner patch, but still had problems.
Decided to un-install v3 (but leave project files, etc.), and installed a full version 4.
Now when I open my v3 projects, it says it cannot find the template. It then subs a different one. Most of my projects do not use a theme--I use a photo, add text, music and and an effect. Version 4 also has problems finding the voc3.mp3 music file, even though I used my own music file in the original project.
In version 4 I also am trying to create DVDs without using a theme, but it seems that it won't let me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of installer do you have? Make sure you installed PictureShow completely. If you have the ESD (electronic download) version, make sure you installed the download components as well. You can get the installers from the Ulead website.
Also, make sure you retain the files you used for your project in its original locations.
