installation problem

I downloaded the full version of Photoshow 4 and when it starts to install an error comes up saying please insert disk 1 that contains the file layout bin. I have no clue what this means, especially since I didn't start with any disks. Please help; I need to use this program asap.

Jonboy. I had no problems installing. You will receive an e-mail that will have a link on it. I presume you clicked that link and downloaded?

Once you download you need to click on the downloaded file and that will then self extract. In the self extracted folder will be 'dps4-Full-exe' that I simply clicked on and it installed. (file size was 128mb)

It's probably background prgrams interferring. Click Start, Run, 'msconfig'. Diasble your startup programs and restart the computer.
