Update packs/ Build number?

I was wondering how you know what build a version is. I just bought PI10 and would assume the disc is up to date.
It gives me the version of PI10, but no build? On Uleads site there is a "PhotoImpact 10 Update Pack 1
(Build Number: 10.0.0.1, Release Date: 2004/12/14)" Not sure if to download and install

Go to the Help pull down and click "About PhotoImpact"
Underneath PI's smiling guy with the camera , you'll find out which version you have.
If it reads "Ulead PhotoImpact 10.0.0.1" you're already updated.

That did it. Just got the disc yesterday, the patch was last December. I guess they are cleaning inventory:)
