I seem to find problems lol It worked the last time I used capture, same machine. I go to capture, the device is AVC Compliant DV Device. I am going from VCR to a canopus 100 device through firewire, which I have done for the last several years. I see the video in the preview window. I click capture video. I watch the time stamps the one below the preview the one above (duration). After about 3-5 minutes the bottom time stamp stops and will play a little while longer while the above time stamp is still going. Then all at once the program crashes? I can actually capture snipets of 30 secs or more and it will save them, go back to capture then it will freeze and crash again after a few. I have contacted tech support, although they could be off the wk end or the one I am working with. I have gone through most of the basics I already knew of deleted all temp files, re-installing the complete program, making sure the updates there?
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions I could try? I have changed a few settings in the program without any luck. I have worked with VS since I think version 3 lol, but always find a glitch
Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions? I do not think I left anything out.
