Hi all,
I'm using version X10 and I'm looking to make a DVD Project, the video project is around 60mins long, and I'm looking to add video chapters 25 of them, and I use the Auto Add button. (See attached Picture)
But when I goto the next screen "create menu" I don't see the 25 Chapters on that screen.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong please?

From your image when you do OK it takes you to the main panel, how many thumbnails do you see here?
Next
and you see the gallery, with so many chapters you may be best choosing Text or Thumbnails.
Below the preview screen shows Main Menu ( aka Title Menu)
The drop down arrow will allow you to select the chapter menus
Is that what you are looking for….
From the edit tab we can customise which allows us to choose the layout, limited to 8 chapters per page
There are some free templates that allow for more links upto I believe 30

Adding chapters has - IMHO - been a bit fraught with issues like this. From memory (it's been some time since I did this for thr reason you have outlined, in the menu you may find one item (rather than the 25 you made): select that item and you may well find that there are 25 more in page subsets. Another variation of that is to go to the next page (the double headed arrow in the menu image).
Because of this sort thing I much prefer to make (vsp then render, and THEN import to the DVD composition process) small section clips, and then use those in the menu strip bar to create a menu directly.
