ii keep on getting error.
"Some chapter entry frame numbers exceed the total frames"
It gives me the error after couple of hours of rendering.
I am using VideoStudio 8.01. I have captured MPEG2 files using Hardware encoder. When I create DVD in NTSC, I do not get this error. When I am trying to burn DVD in PAL format, it gives me this error. I have done couple of PAL DVDs before so that does not seem to be the problem.
Can anyone please help ?
Thanks a bunch !!!

You have a corrupted MPEG2 file on your hands -- the frame number for a specific frame exceeds the total number of frames expected in the file.
You may want to try opening the file using VirtualDubMod, and saving it as an uncompressed AVI or losslessly compressed AVI file, and then work with that in UVS.

If you don't want to spend a lot of time to convert to AVI and back to MPEG afterwards, try this program. 30 day free trial (request a trial key for full functionality

Try the "Quick Stream Fix" option.
I used to get this error a lot on captures using the WinTV PVR250 (hardware MPEG encoder) when creating DVDs with DVD Movie Factory. I have not seen this error since.
