How to turn of feathering in X9?

How do I turn off feathering in X9? I turned it on for something and now it won't turn off. Yesterday I had to load an image into a different version just so I could copy and paste without feathering. I've tried Menu > Selections > Modify > the various Feather/Unfeather options and none of them work.

Do you mean you cannot change the numbers for feathering on the selections toolbar or that you can change the numbers and it has no effect.

Have you tried resetting the tool to its default through the Presets drop down.

Thanks! I wasn't getting the Feather spinner. It was Selection Type ... Mode ... Selection Style.

I just noticed that the triangle arrow on Mode was pointing right > not down V. When I clicked on the arrow the Feather spinner got inserted.

What was really bugging me was I knew there's an adjustment for that and it should be in the bar!

Ahh the old compressed and hidden toolbar choices - happens on a few smaller screens.
