I got a new computer with windows 10. I loaded VSx7 on to it and rendered a few files fine. When I went to share to make bluray folders the burn disk window is missing options for burning. In shows create disk greyed out and create bluray folders and create disk image are missing completely. The only usable one showing is normalize audio. What is causing this? Is it a windows 10 thing?
Also, after I attempted to share I closed the VSP. Then Windows went into a non responsive mode and I needed to restart the computer.

Re: can't use disk burner
Hi Colleen
The missing create folder options are probably hidden, click the two down facing chevrons (arrows) to the far right of the panel to expand the view.
The greyed out Create Disc option I would think indicates the program cannot recognise any Bluray Burner installed
At the top shows the Drive: does that indicate the disc player / burner
If you do share – create disc – DVD does the burner now show.
Can you check that you have a burner and not just a player
What is the full description of the new laptop.

Re: can't use disk burner
OK I feel dumb. I didn't even think about the chevron arrows to pull down the options. Yes they show up correctly now. I have an external bluray burner (no internal DVD drive) so with that the create disk option works.
One thing that still bothers me is why did windows freak out after I closed the VSP? Everything went non responsive. Even after Xing out of everything I had running it still wouldn't work right. I had to re start the computer.
