360 photo editing requires saving to disk?

If I choose to edit a 360 photo (eg. File | 360 Photo, then align, or remove tripod), then I MUST save my resulting image outside of Paintshop, and then load it into Paintshop again. This really slows down workflow. Every other plug-in returns the edited image back to the main editing area. Am I missing an option to continue editing a 360 image?
