VS9 Thinks my video is to big to burn to a DL DVD when it's

Yes, the DVD Disc size is at 8.5 gig. The problem is that it "think" that is is over the project limit of 8.5. But I have already encoded this at a variable bitrate of 8000 and the file size is only 7 gig. So I don't need to recode but the project size is pass 8.5 which prompt the message "Exceed Project Size Limitation" and will not allow me to create DVD.
I'm guessing that nobody know how to resolve this since this subject has already been a few months old? I think this is a VS9 bug/enhancement then.

Hi
I have just created a TS folder 7.76Gb (8,334,483456 bytes)
So which figure should we use.
In the burner window the slider shows on the left 8.52 (7.93)
The first attempt failed with the ‘Exceed Project Size Limitation’ it was to big.
I removed some of the Video files to reduce the size below 8 Gb but still got the warning.
I believe there may be a bug in the burner module that remembers the settings of the first attempt.
I have had problems when changing the navigation of the menu’s.
So by using the same project for your burns, you will have problems.
My solution was to start a new project, modify the project settings to match my video clips.
Share create disc. Add sufficient videos to fill the slider to 8.5 Gb. Only hitting burn when I was sure the levels were low enough.
This time it worked ok.
