NEW USER: I need help with 2 issues please.....

Hi, All:

My name is Steven and I am a brand new user of Pinnacle Studio 23 Ultimate.

I purchased this software because I can record three web Cams at one time.

Issue #1

When I started the Multi-Cam Lite software, it prompted a paid version with extended features, so, I purchased that software.

When I go to install the software it does not let me and gives me the following error message:

“Setup cannot find a compatible version of Pinnacle studio or video studio on your system. Setup will now exit.”

How can I overcome this problem?

Issue #2

I am using this software to sing and record myself singing from different angles.
I have a professional recording studio software for recording the music and my sining. I have a USB Microphone interface (PreSonus AUDIOBOX USB 96) connected to my PC and I simply wanted to know, how to I get the sound from the software into my video recording in Pinnacle Studio.

What do I need to do to make this work?

If needed, I don’t mind recorded the sound separately but at the same time and then finding a way to sync them up.
