PSP2019, Tool Options toolbar now two lines deep

Hi folks; this happened to me once on an earlier version but can't remember the fix. Tool options toolbar suddenly appeared 2 lines deep, covering part of the working area (obviously accidentally clicked somewhere). I want to return it to one line again to restore the full working area. Can't seem to find the solution. Guess this has happened to others? Thanks in advance, Mike.

Hi Mike
You appear to have detached the tool bar to float over the workspace
I see the word Tools at the top clicking that allows me to drag the panel to the left as far as it will go.
I see it change to a single row, now I can drag upwards towards the top.

Thanks lata; I just found by dragging the toolbar down a bit, in the centre there is a little grey square with a up arrow, which when clicked on puts it back in a single line again in the right location.
All came back to me when I saw it. At 75 years the memory is not as good as it used to be LOL.
