Hi
I just upgraded from X9 to the latest version because I was unable to import my .mov files from my Fujifilm camera. Before I had sound and no picture, but after the upgrade I have picture without sound. The files play fine outside of Video Studio. Any idea what the issue is ?

Re: No sound on .mov
Hi steeman
and welcome to the forums
Some Mov files may require the Quicktime codec to be installed
Please note:-there was a security issue regarding QuickTime player but installing the codec on its own had no problems

Another option is to rename the Mov to use MP4 as its extension, has worked for some Mov types.

Hi Trevor
Thanks for your help. The filename changing didn't help, but the codecs did.Thanks.
