Color Cast
After some time of not opening my Corel PaintShip Pro, today I started it and it gives a yellow cast to everything, in all aplications that I open. Can anyone explain me the reason and better yet, how to get rid of it?

Re: Color Cast
I am going to move your post to the PaintShop Pro forum, where it is more appropriate. Please also look at this long thread which deals with your problem:

Re: Color Cast
Aieee. The Yellow Windows have followed us from Win7 to Win10.
Edit1: This thread too.
Edit2: In the first thread MarkZ noted: "I have not had problems with colour but early on while following this thread, I made some changes to the PSP color management and the colour went haywire on my monitor. When I opened PSP all the colours went wrong. To fix it I made sure I have basic color management turned on with my preferred monitor profile (from Spyder) selected. By itself that did not fix things. Then I went into Windows Color Management - this is in Windows 10 but I think the equivalent is available in Win7 - and set the same profile as the default for the monitor. I've had no problems with colour display since and these were the settings I would have had before fooling with PSP color management. I think the difference between what I did and eHume's workaround is using Color Management and setting the profile as opposed to using "Calibrate Color"."
If someone has the Yellow Problem on Win-10 and this fix works, please post your results.
Edit3: Hartpaul had some success in Win 10 switching his color profiles to sRGB (Post 2018-08-06).

Re: Color Cast
I have a yellow color effect on my Win10, I recently uploaded it to the latest ver and acknowledged the same problem. Tried to fix the settings in Windows Color Management, nothing really changed though...

Re: Color Cast
I think that is because the problem does not exist inside Windows, but between Windows and the display/monitor. Try this: do a screenshot and try to record that cast. It comes out uncolored.Amirax wrote:I have a yellow color effect on my Win10, I recently uploaded it to the latest ver and acknowledged the same problem.
