Why the user guide is always downloaded?

Good morning to all,
I have just noted that the user guide is downloaded from Corel every time I call it from the menu. OK for the first time, but how can I link the user guide memorized in the computer? I am not able to find the way for configurating this choice.
Does it exists?

OK, I can always exit from PSP and call the downloaded guide in some way, I know
