I am having an issue blurring the face of a moving man. Below is my
Workflow in VS 2019 .Help please
1 Select clip in time line
2 > Track motion button
3 Select tracker
4 Scrub to start of blur, click track in button
5 Apply mosaic and select type (circle/rectangle)
6 Adjust size of mosaic
7 Play to end of blur (to hide moving face)
8 Click track out button
9 OK
No blur shows on the main time line

After running a few tests I see your problem
You should report this to Corel Support
It does appear to be 2019 that is at fault as testing using 2018 seems to work

Originally I used the WMV sample video, using my own MTS video appears to work
What type of video are you using?
