Re: Upgrade pricing
No point asking here. No one here works for Corel. We are all just users like you...

Re: Upgrade pricing
As Ken said, we do not work for Corel. I have observed, however, that the price falls across the year, so that what you pay for the upgrade is more a matter of timing than anything else.pledden wrote:When I upgraded to PSP 19 Ultimate the the cost was AU$71 the upgrade to PSP 2020 Ultimate is now AU$95 35% more expensive, Why so?

Re: Upgrade pricing
The other thing to remember is that with PSP 2019 (which is what I assume you mean by PSP 19), the exchange rate was very different. The A$ exchange rate has fallen fairly drastically over the past year or so, now about $0.66 to the US$. So that could also account for the difference in the price you are seeing...

You are probably right. Ironic when you consider that Corel was based in Canada.Ken Berry wrote:The other thing to remember is that with PSP 2019 (which is what I assume you mean by PSP 19), the exchange rate was very different. Re: Upgrade pricing
I get 2 different prices here.pledden wrote:When I upgraded to PSP 19 Ultimate the the cost was AU$71 the upgrade to PSP 2020 Ultimate is now AU$95 35% more expensive, Why so?
Peter
One like yours via popups, OR if I check under the Home Tab the upgrade price is AU$71.
I'm thinking the Popup price may be the full price because on those it shows as $119 and discounted to $95 - save 20%.
On the Home Tab it shows as $89 and discounted to $71

Re: Upgrade pricing
Because on the popups it was Australian dollars, while the website showed American dollars?patara wrote:I get 2 different prices here.pledden wrote:When I upgraded to PSP 19 Ultimate the the cost was AU$71 the upgrade to PSP 2020 Ultimate is now AU$95 35% more expensive, Why so?

No, both ads, show AU before the $.ehume wrote: Because on the popups it was Australian dollars, while the website showed American dollars?
At present I have a popup in right corner of monitor showing - Launch Special - Exclusive offer for loyal users - AU$ 95. There is no mention of Upgrade. Button shows Learn More
If I go to the Home tab it shows as - Exclusive offer - AUD $71 - Button shows Upgrade
