Hi
Have been having trouble getting the older Plugins to work in PSP 2018, they worked in PSP 8.
What can I do and where can I get what is needed to make them work.
Sorry for posting this as I am sure that the question has been asked before.
Regards
Irene

Re: PSP 2018 - Plugins not working
Your Profile shows you are still using a 32 bit system. Is that in fact the case?
I ask because most people these days have 64 bit systems, and Paintshop Pro usually installs both a 64 and 32 bit version. That's largely because most, if not all, the old plug-ins were 32 bit and would only work on 32 bit systems. So if yours is really a 32 bit system, and you have installed the 32 bit version of PSP 2018, then most of the old plug-ins should still work.
If, however, you have a 64 bit system, they won't work in the 64 bit version of PSP...

Re: PSP 2018 - Plugins not working
Do you have the 2 dll files many require for PSP Plugins?
They are plugin.dll and Msvcrt10.dll. On a 64 bit system they go in the SysWOW64 folder
Other than that some Filter Meister filters will need to be patched with the FM Patcher.
Most old filters should work in PSP 32 bit version.
Only the 64 bit plugins will work in PSP 64 bit, unless you have a Plugin app that will allow the old 32 bit ones to work.
