Two month ago, for reasons not needed, the full PSP Pro2019 Ultimate package was removed from my system (by another) using Revo Uninstal Pro.
When I tried to re-instal I found that the original purchase downloads had also been removed.
June 12th I purchased PSP Pro 2019 Ultimate package again and attempted to instal.
BUT I had to run Corel 'removal tool' before I could get PSP Pro to instal along with Painter Essentials 6.
I could not instal AfterShot 3 because I kept getting a message "More up-to-date version already installed, please remove before proceeding with this installation" - a full system search showed no trace of AfterShot 3.
I could not instal PhotoMirage, I kept getting a message "Unknown fatal error, try again later" - same message no matter how many times I tried.
Corel technical help (?) have not been able to come up with any solutions.
Has anybody any ideas, before I uninstall again and give up on Corel.
