I have this happen intermittently when rendering video that is about an hour or longer with VS 2019. The video file appears fine, and it will load up and play in a video player. But when you get to a certain point (usually 40-60 minutes in) the video freezes, you might get sound but the video is just a still picture for the rest of the file. Running the same render over gives consistent results for that particular project. Uploading these to youtube, it converts them and gets the same result, so I at least know it is not bad decoding on my PC.
Is this happening to anyone else?
I don't think this was happening with 2018, I'll have to do a trial render and see.
