Adjust Title Animation Speed?

I am using Corel Video Studio Ultimate 2018
I dragged a title to my project to use to display the name of a person speaking (I don't know how to describe the title, as they all have the name LOREM IPSUM, but this one has a blue cloud bar at the top of the screen and the name appears in it).

When I stretch the title for the desired timing, the animation slows down. I want to instead just the animation of the name so that it appears quickly, and then remain on the screen for as long as I want, while the clouds continue to move in the background, and then eventually to fade out. I cannot figure out a way to do this.

Can it be done?

Well, it can be done but you will have to split the clouds from the title as this is a "drop" animation and has no settings.
But... if you switch from drop to fade , now you can set the duration of the text in relevance to the clip, by setting the bar under the preview.
It's not the same FX but close enough.

Sounds do-able, but as I am still a beginner, a bit too much to me compared to an older video program which I am used to using.
