I'm a registered user of PI 10 which was purchased, downloaded, and burned to CD last year. Recent hardware failure required clean install of the entire computer and it turns out there is a error on the PI install file and it won't read. Other files on the CD read fine.
After several weeks and e-mails to Ulead Customer Service I've received no response and the download location (element5) no longer is storing the file after this length of time.
Can anyone offer any help or direction? I'm totally frustrated not being able to do my work because I can't get the file to reinstall.

Re: Need Help Getting copy of PI 10
I can't be of much help in replacing the CD, but I can give you some ideas. I have had faulty install disks before. You might try copying the setup.exe file from the CD to your desktop and running it from there. Also, you might try copying all the contents of the CD into a folder on your desktop, and try installing it from there. Sometimes a faulty CD will copy okay, but will not read correctly while installing from the CD drive. It's worth a shot.mcnerd wrote:I'm a registered user of PI 10 which was purchased, downloaded, and burned to CD last year. Thanks for the reply, but as stated the file on the CD cannot be read or copied because its corrupted. That's my problem.
I am hoping to find someone in ULEAD or elsewhere where I can download a fresh copy. I don't need registration codes or such. I have them. You would think Customer Service would help, but......
