Psp2018 one error happened during save file process.

hi guys,
from yesterday my mother in law has problems when saves files: she receives a pop up saying that one error happened during save file process.
she works on w10, psp2018 licensed and I hope she don't have OneDrive but I'm investigating about.
Any idea?
