I am sure I used to know how to do this, but .....
After I start editing a photo image, I am going crazy trying to select part of the image or crop part of the image without the darn thing [/b]moving on me.
I know I used to do an ellipse type of thing, then I could move the ellipse to the right of left or lower without the entire image moving with it.
Please let me know what I am doing wrong so that I can make a selection without having the entire image wither move or it takes what I selected off like it is seperate.
