Hello today i open VS X10 from my second user profile.And i see all lettters-font smaller than regural.How can fix it?

I assume you are referring to the computers user accounts.?
Using your first user profile did you change the desktop Display options increasing the sizes.
Using your second user profile, would you need to do the same.
Right click the desktop for Display settings, view for both user accounts.
