DVDWS2XPress problem...

Hi there, I recently purchased DVDWSXPRESS2, the ESD version.In menu mode there are three buttons that let you 1)create menu, 2)create blank menu, and 3) create menu wizard.Problem is, the third one is greyed out-the create menu wizard.Is there a reason why or is my copy of dvdwsxp broken somehow?I made sure to put it in it's own folder.I have VS9 as well.Any ideas?Thanks.
