There have been some reports regarding this error with little success in finding the solution
Usually related to a particular clip.

The last I recall related the 54 to the number of frames in the clip, could be difficult to locate if using say a 25fps clip on a 30 fps timeline
Other edits to change the speed and reverse the playback could also Can use this

So can you give more details of your project properties and the content of your timeline
You do not say when the error occurs, if during Share / rendering, what options did you use

I have to say this may prove difficult to locate and splitting the project into sections may be required

The error occurs whenever I try to share it. The video is only 2 minutes and 43 seconds long. I really don't care what file type it is. It always occurs except at different frame numbers and when I use MOV it shows the error but it keeps on compiling, and makes an extremely glitchy video. Here is the extremely glitchy video.

The vimeo link does not work
the other link shows the timeline content, not a lot to go on but the 3DT small clip? how long is that clip?

If you delete the 3DT clips does that fix the error

As i said you may have to remove clips to identify the problem

If the project is small, then try creating a smart package, zip the package and upload to a sharing site
We can download the package to test the project.

You need to upload the Smart Package (which includes all your source files). The vsp file alone is not much help

Create a Smart Package to share with us, the VSP is not enough, we need to see the actual files used on the timeline.
Open your project
Go to File – Smart Package – choose the zip option
Upload that zip file to a sharing site
