Why isn't VS 2019 Ultimate compatible to Newblue FX??

Essentials Packages III & VI have never been included in VS and need to be installed, I normally just copy from one version to the next, however there are issues trying to install into VS2019

After many attempts of installing and reinstalling VS 2019, without success in having all my NewblueFx plugins installed I gave up and reinstalled VS X10 Ultimate. I prefer the X10 Ultimate because is more stable and is compatible with my NewblueFx plugins. Who knows if in the future Corel can make all Newblue plugins compatible to VS 2019, but meanwhile I'll stick with X10 Ultimate.

Finnally got success with NB FX III in both VSP 2018-2019 but tried same thing with NB FX VI and nothing found imFX list

I will describe what I have done, Fitst I had my account open to NEW Blue web site and I have everything I have with them. I download both new version with the serial nu.

Unzip and install them in the vft_plug and both version and it works for me.
But not working on NB Fx VI

I have a ticket for this problem with New Blue and waiting their response. Will share with you after if I have a solution

Perharps you should try the other way around. Uninstall them and try to install one at the time. Try to install first the NB Fx VI and then open Corel to see if it appears. Then install the other plugin. For me, it worked this way. I wish you luck.

Got an answer from New Blue ans as told you, here is the text :

"Sorry you are having issues using your plugins.

There is currently a known bug that is blocking our legacy plugins from properly installing. Our developers are working on implementing a fix, unfortunately I do not have an estimate of when the issue will be resolved.

We will let you know when we have new builds that are installing correctly."

I think that we have only to wait !!!

Glad they admit their problem. Had a lot of issue from Corel and it was always my computer, my Win xxxx or my adware and hope that they will have more stable upgrade year after year

This is reminiscent of the issue we had when VSX7 became available as 64 bit, it took New Blue nearly two years to provide a 64 bit version for VS, hope we don't have to wait that long again

Have receive from "support service" a new Patch for the Essential VII and work for VSP 2018 but not on 2019 version , they are looking for that and return soon. You can send a question to Support Service and maybe they can send it to you. I can't share it because of my serial nu. is included. Hope it will help someone

Don't hold your breath for any quick resolution from New Blue, I have been in constant contact with them for more than 2 weeks trying to resolve issues with the Essentials Packages. I have been advised that New Blue no longer officially support their legacy products, which includes the Essentials Packages 1-7, so they may not be able to resolve any issues we are having with them
