VS2019 SP3 released

VS2019 Sp3 has been released and available for update, either on auto, or via the help/check form updates item.

Some experiential items about it:
1. As a SP, it is huge - even larger than Sp2, at approx 1.1Gb. It took well over 30 minutes to download at 33mbps, and a further 15 minutes to install. Find it in your PC user folder, similar to this C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Corel\VideoStudio2019
2. An early installer warned me that after SP3 had been applied, his original download folder had been emptied - the folder name still existed, but the contents were gone. So before I Ok'd the installation, I re-named the download folder as name_old. After the SP3 was applied, all the folder contents were still there, so I simply reverted the folder name (removed the _old bit)
3. After the sp3 was applied (finished button clicked, re-stating VS was as though it was a first installation - took forever to get going, even after the workspace was up and the splash screen gone - mouse worked but otherwise it seemed jammed, so closed it up. A second start attempt was more normal.
4. on completion of the update, the version number was 22.3.0.433
