weeping
how can I create a weeping(crying) image in paint shop pro? I have PSP7,9 & ultimate any help would be appreciated.

I am not too sure of what you mean by a "weeping image", but you could use the Warp Brush to pull out the 'tears/weeps', or use the EyeCandy 4000 plugin (I am sure that's still available somewhere) and then Melt to get the Weeping effect.
