Here is the list of supposed fixes since SP2 was released

Pan and Zoom adds an extra keyframe
Photo is inverted in Library
VS Crash when in Pan and Zoom, Copy and Paste attributes
Split audio and trim, clip still plays to end
Second instance of same clip added to TL, will add before the first one
Can't move group on timeline
Library->Path category loses newly created folder
Ripple edit fails in TL mode, but not Storyboard (from Beta)
UI overlap in MCE, in Japanese
Cannot import Slow Motion files from Samsung Galaxy Note 9
Export MTS as M2T, green artifacts in exported file
iPhone MOV previews all white
[Mask Creator]Text Mask will display garbage characters, in CT
Incorrect insert position while adding Instant project to Timeline
MPEG4 downsize rendering will be black and white with artifacts
Add CS support in MCC Lite
"Complete" category is missing from Instant Projects
MCC Lite shouldn't add .xml file to VS library
Can't capture again, after first capture is complete
Drone camera MOV improperly displays added filters
Patch progress bar is hidden by "please wait" dialog
Change video tutorial link in CS
BCC effect is missing, when preview in title Library
Change link to Video Tutorials in CS (other links)
Transition disappears, or UI artifacts, when a graphic coexists with transition
Customize Motion fails, if path has been applied for a clip
Freeze Frame in new project, VS crashes

Wow, always the folk of Australia. They celebrate not only "New Year" before us, they also get the VS updates sooner.

The new version number I get is 22.3.0.433...

Same here. In addition, the method of update was improved as one could see the download% in the upper right side of the program-no more waiting and guessing.

I had to do a reinstall and I have version: 22.3.0.436

Hi, probably dumb question, but where do I find VS2019 SP3? Can't seem to find it when I google it.

Go to Help, make sure that Check for Updates is set to Auto-Check for Updates Daily, then when you start VS you will be asked if you want to download any available updates
