In VS 2019 preferences- performance tab, under video Proxy Options, the options are MPEG files -24 bits 720x576,25 fps -frame based –H264 main profile video 8000mbps 16.9-44100Hz 16 bit stereo MPEG AAC Audio.
In VS 2018 the choice was MPEG files- 24 bits 720x576 Upper field first (DVD PAL) 16.9 Video data rate: Variable (Max 8000kpbs.Which I used to use, everything else being the same as in VS2018.
What I want to ask is , re in 2019 it lists frame based , does this matter if it does how do I change it?
