VideoStudio 2019 Crashes after New Blue Titler Pro 5?

Hey everyone,

I'm having problems with the NewBlue Titler Pro 5 FX, i just want to add a simple text overlay over a video track but as soon as i close out of the customize effect tab it shuts down CorelVS.

I've even uninstalled it and reinstalled the whole program this morning (just incase i moved the data files or what not)

is this a bug? has anyone see this before.

UPDATE!!!!
as I'm writing this I'm also testing different ways out and now its working 100% and i haven't changed anything?
so its working not hopfully it wont come back, but has this happened to anyone before?

I have already reported to Corel about the case when you run VS without administrative credentials and VStudio is not crashing but hanging....forever. Now when I tested this with 2019, the problem is still the same. When I'm tracing VideoStudio while starting the Title Pro 5 it looks like this:

Unfortunately my case was never solved.

Yes I know, an easy fix is to give access for my account to that folder.

Perhaps you run it also by accidentally with lower access rights, and then it failed?

Well that would make sense, but i added the program to my task bar as soon as it was installed and that's the only button i clicked. So i don't believe i did anything different.
