Given up on 2019

That's it. I give up, 2019 is unusable. It is unstable - crashes with no provocation although not as often as it did at first. But the straw that broke the camel's back is the fact that Mercalli 4.0 completely screws up all transitions. As I film entirely handheld I always apply Mercalli to each clip, no problem using X8, X9, X10 or 2018, but not 2019. Apply Mercalli and add a transition and it asks for the analysis to be run on the transition. I have heard it said that this is because the clips either side of the transition were different frame rates or resolution. If I have that, it works, but two clips from the same camera done at the same time fails.
So now I have removed all Mercalli filters and saved as version 2018, and applied Mercalli v2.0 in 2018 and all's fine. So I'm now stuck using 2018 after having paid for this 'wonderful' new upgrade.

No problems with stability here. If you are not using the update that's why you are having these problems which, were present on the initial release. Mercalli works fine if you know its idiosyrcrasies.
