Aftershot Pro 3 hangs on output

I have Aftershot Pro 3 on my Mac Pro. It works fine on Canon CR2 raw files, but fails to output jpg files to any output queue. When I send an image to any queue, the queue displays 0 of 1. If I add another image, the 1 increases to 2. If I manually invoke Run on the queue, the 2 increases to 3, etc, but nothing else ever happens. If you know what the problem is, please help.

PS, when I get home from work today, I can fix all those "unknowns" in my profile.

I entered all my computer specs in my profile and still most of them show as "unknown." Anyone know why? How do I fix this?

Also, my installed programs are Bibble Pro 5, Aftershot Pro 1, and Aftershot Pro 3. I can't seem to get those to show correctly either. What gives?

Anyone know where I can get an app that converts jpegs to cr2?
