Can you help to quickly explain how to get the effect that is on the boxshot (attached) for PaintShopPro 2019? I would like to duplicate that "look". The tinted red and blue and overlap of the two images. Do I use layers? Thanks in advance!

Deleted because my post wasn't detailed enough and no time to fix it. :(

I started with the following images as I did not have a couple of suitable portraits on hand. I used Pick tool to rotate the red wine glass so that they did no align too well.
01twoimages.jpg
The Corel images look like they have been colorised Adjust > Hue and Saturation >Hue/Saturation/Lightness with the colorise check box ticked.
I turn off the visibility of one layer so I can concentrate on the image I am` working on.

I then played around with changing the layer blend mode to screen
03Screen.jpg
and the layer opacity.

The top layer Blend Mode set to Lighten seems to work better for me.
