I'm new user of this forum and hope to get helps from your experienced users.
I purchased a retail license of VS2019 and tried to install several times but failed. Every time when it reaches about 70% of the process, the installation stops but still give message that the whole installation process completed. Accordingly, I could not run the soft.
Upon consultation with Corel Support team (level 2), I was advised to install a corporate license, since my laptop is a client station (domain driven). I did spent additional money to purchase a corporate license with hope to fix the issue. However the same problem still occur.
I have been using Video Studio (older version) for few years and had no problem. I only got the above issue upon upgrading the OS to Win 10 (64bit). Can anyone help me with the above?

If it were a program issue then we may be able to help, we do not work for Corel just volunteers running the forums to help
We know little or nothing about Corel’s licence policy, as such you are best taking further advice from Corel’s level 2 support, you should be in good hands there.
However after installing the program the first launch is always very slow to complete as the program creates additional folders and updates the data base.
Can you say what actually happens when you try to run the program

Thank for your reply. My issue is now escalated to level 3 as it's not resolved at level 2. I will have to wait for Corel support desk.
As the program was not properly installed, certainly I could not run the program. The message comes out always is "Cannot initiate the application".
