any improvement with the speed of VideoStudio Ultimate 2019

I have purchased and uninstalled VideoStudio Ultimate 2019 because of the lack of speed and sluggish behavior of the product compared to VideoStudio Ultimate X10. I did load the one patch/update that has come out that did fix some of the problems it had, was wondering if there have been any additional patches released that would make the program faster and more stable.

The latest patch was SP2, there have been no updates since then.
Installing Video Studio 2019 should first download the latest version, installing that would not require the Service Patch 2 as it will be included in the program
I would re-name the Ultimate folder to Ultimate_Old just to make sure that the latest version is downloaded. Although I decided to download the entire packages again.

You do not give any indication of the speeds you were getting nor where you were experiencing these, some types of video may need Smart Proxy to improve timeline project playback speeds.
Only you can say if installing has improved things for you

Of course you are aware that the first launch after install is very slow whilst additional data based and folders are created. Subsequent launches should be relatively quick, I see about 10 seconds to run the program.
