Project Properties

Hi

Some video clips are changing to 4.3 during the Share step. I've looked at the project properties and the project format was showing as ONLINE (whatever that it) I changed it to DVD 16.9 . During preview before using the Share step it plays normally, but when I render it to MPEG2 some clips play as 4.3, while others are okay.

I'd appreciate any help.

Unless you are using the "Same as project setting" option or "Same as first video clip" option you must check when in share what properties are selected .. if making mpeg2 files then check in the bigger box under the format setting blocks what is showing there and select the correct one which you want to use - or add one of your own - unless using the two options above properties are not automatically carried through to the share tab - same if making DVD's after the burning module opens you must check in the icon at bottom left corner what properties are set there

Thank you for your help. The clips that were changing to 4.3 format where in fact MPEG4 files. I removed the offending files and converted them to MPEG2 and inserted them back into the project and everything is okay now. This problem has never occurred before, but first time for everything I suppose.
