So I'm working with Pan and Zoom / Customize for the first time.
Cool tool, but I can't seem to figure out how to make it do what I want.
So I have a split screen and in one area I have a photo which I'm configuring for P+Z. What I want is this: the photo will take just a few seconds to complete it's pan and zoom, but then continue to be displayed, as a static image, for the duration of the length of the item in the timeline.
For example, let's say I make the area/overlay 20s in the timeline. I'd like to specify that the P+Z completes within 2 seconds and then the image just stay as is (ie where the P+Z operation left it) for the next 18 s.
Is it possible to do this??

yes it is ... but I would not be trying to do it all with one tool .. having done the pan and zoom in the time I wanted I would be taking a snapshot of the final screen and adding that after the P&Z had finished for however long you wanted it

Re: Pan and Zoom - specify duration and HOLD
Yes that is possible by adding a keyframe at 2 seconds
Set the pan & zoom, then set the last keyframe as second keyframe
You should also try Customise Motion, that may also do what you want
Again working with keyframe
If you right click a keyframe it should show copy & paste options
