In many versions of PSP you were able to direct PSP to files where you kept:
masks
textures
gradients
brushes
plugins
patterns
frames
on your computer instead of loading them all into your software and slow it down to a crawl .
In PSP 2019 I do not see anywhere were I can direct it to those file locations.
The amount of items I have just could not be put into PSP 2019 no matter the amount of gigs I have in memory.
Is there another way or solution to this issue
Thank you
Faye

1) Have you turned on the complete workspace? File -> Workspace -> Complete
2) I'm not sure what you mean as I've never dynamically loaded gradients, brushes, or plugins. Patterns, textures, and masks can all be done dynamically, simply load the image you want to use into PSP. Then use the appropriate texture or pattern selector to select an open image as a pattern or texture. Masks can also be made from the current open image by using Mask from image. But none of the others in your list.
How did you do this previously?

Re: Direct PSP2019 to files on computer instead of loading
I'm not sure what you mean. You don't have to 'load" your various resources into PSP. Those resources all can reside in whatever folders they originally were installed in, or folders you create to store them as well as your user created resources. Then you just use File>Preferences>File Locations to point PSP 2019 to those folders. It's no different than it has been in many previous versions of PSP.
If you're asking about something different, then please be more specific.

You are wonderful JoeB. You have no idea how many times I looked at that area and never saw it. Thanks a lot. I see it now. Okay now I really feel crazy for not seeing it.
Thanks so much
