I have problem with DVD creation in NTSC format. Creating project with most of the photos. I have checked to NTSC format in the "preference" setting and also setting in the "share"
section before making DVD. Tried 5 times and all the times DVD will not play on dvd player. Some how it default back to PAL format.
Am I making any mistakes? I never had this problem in VS 7 before. This is the first time I have used VS 2018. Appreciate your advise and help. You may send your response to:

Re: VIDEOSTUDIO 2018 ULTIMATE CREATE DVD
Hi vinodmehta
I would suspect it is your settings that are wrong
Do you have any video within the project, check its properties to make sure its not a Pal version?
Now go to Settings – Project Properties, make sure they are set to DVD as below
If you are using mostly photos then use Frame Based
If the duration is below 60 minutes then use 8000kbps Constant
MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 480, 29.97 fps
Frame-based
(DVD-NTSC), 16:9
Video data rate: 8000 kbps
Audio data rate: 256 kbps
Dolby Digital Audio, 48 KHz, 2/0(L,R)
You are best to render the project to a mpeg2 video file using the above settings by choosing Share - Same as Project Settings, (tick the box top left)
This will create a ntsc video file.
Now start a new project to clear the timelines
Share Disc DVD opens the burner module, now add your new video file
I would also suggest you create a Disc Image Iso file
You can play that using VLC Media player then if ok burn a Disc using tools Burn from Disc Image ISO
If you prefer to burn the project rather than creating a video file then the project will be converted to Mpeg2 by Create Title using the project settings under the cogwheel lower left, check those settings are correct as Ntsc.
