Dual Language Audio ...

I imported a MPEG file from a VCD which has dual language into VStudio 8. This was converted into NTSC-DVD format and burn into DVD. This DVD when played on the DVD player has a very good picture quality but audio has dual language sound (which cannot be separated using the remote control of the DVD player). Is there any way of splitting the dual language sound ?
