MPEG 2 Audio Problems

Good morning. When using Movie Factory 2.5 I'm inserting an MPEG 2 video and then replacing the audio. I then choose not to create a menu (as i would like the movie to start when the disc is inserted) and select "First clip as first play video". I can then preview the clip and everything appears to be fine...ie sound and video play.

However, after the disc is burned there is video, but no sound...The problem is inconsistent, but 85% of the time there is no sound. I've tried a dozen or so different combinations of settings and options, but I'm not having much luck. I'm in a rush and would really like to get this problem resolved as soon as possible. Thanks for any help that can be offered!
