Swap tabs (file, edit ... and others)
How to swap tabs in the program? The fact is that for some reason, I once changed the tabs (in the order that I was uncomfortable) and how to arrange them the way I want, I do not understand.

If one has two tabs open one may drag the leftmost tab to the right position. If one has three or more tabs open, one can drag tabs in either direction.
Had PS3, PSP3; Installed: PSP-4.12, 5.03, 6.02, 7.04 (liked it a lot & used it for years), 8.00, XI, x4.3.0.3, x6.2.0.20, x7.4.0.11, x8.3.0.13, x9.2.0.7; now using PSPx10 (PSP 2018; version 20.2.0.1 x64) on Win 10-64 b2004.

Are you asking about tabs as in tabbed windows? Or do you mean the menu items on the menu bar?
If the latter, right-click in an empty part of the workspace and click on Customize in the context menu that opens. Then you can rearrange those items as you like - as well as customize virtually everything else in your workspace.
