Jagged edges on panned video on burned DVD w/ MF4
I have used MF2 in the past and recently ugraded to MF4. I have noticed jagged edges occuring on panned video burned onto DVD that did not occur with MF2. I do not see this effect on original digital tape or during editing on my computer. Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.

jagged edges - reply to keithm
Thanks for the reply. I use a Canopus program called Let's Edit RT to edit my video then create a reference avi file. I use MF4 to take the ref avi, do menus and burn the DVD.
I started out a couple of years ago by converting and saving all my 8mm analog video to DVD. About 6 months ago I bought a new digital video camera and recently upgraded to MF4. That's when I noticed the jagged edges on panned video. (slow or fast pan - fast is the worst)
I'm definately a novice and don't do very sophiscated editing. Simple titles, eliminating ground shots, fade ins & outs etc. I don't understand what you mean by "the field order the wrong way around." Please explain. Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
