VS2019 crashes

Hi,
Yesterday I bought VS2019 ultimate and I am having problems when using the program - it crashes:

- When I click on ScoreFitter Music (a progress bar appears but soon the program crashes);
- When I choose Path and I click on +add

The above happens every time, the following sometimes crashes the VS2019.
- Choosing Path and then Custom.

Someone else had the same problems? What did you do to make VS2019 run without problems?

Sorry you are having problems with running the program
Corel are aware of some issues and are working on a fix, hopefully a Service Patch will be released shortly.
I have no advice I can give to get your program running other to wait for the service patch
I don’t think selecting the Path and +add issue has been reported before.
This forum is run by volunteers not Corel employees, if you wish Corel to know then you should contact Corel Support to explain your problems.

I have contacted the Corel Support but I don't think I am willing to send them the Winaudit file with so much information about my computer.

I have installed the program now 6 times and even in a different drive, I have uninstalled the Microsoft Visual c++ redistributables and reinstalled again, I have removed other codecs I had also...

I am a programmer and I have been using computers since the time of the C64 and I never had a problem with software like this and all the programs(and they are many) that I have tried in my system all work(ed) fine.

I am seriously considering asking for a refund.

All is working fine now. It was a painful decision but I reinstalled Windows 10 and the crashes are gone.

Thanks for the update, Corel should release a patch soon fixing problems and improving our editing experience.
