The crop tool in PSP2019 is not working as it has in previous versions. If I view an entire image and draw a crop box around a small portion at the bottom then zoom in to adjust the crop box, when I try to adjust the box the image recenters. Is there a way to stop this from happening so you can zoom in and adjust the crop box and have it remain on the screen without the image recentering.
I have called tech support about this but they have not responded yet.

I just tried in Ultimate and don't see any problems here. I used Rule of Thirds, Grid and Golden Ratio and they all works fine on my Dell optiplex, Windows 10 professional.

Y'know, I just tested PSP 2018 and PSPx9. PSPx9 does not recenter, but PSP does. You would think, since they introduced the regression with PSP 2018, they would issue an Update which fixes the problem.
Had PS3, PSP3; Installed: PSP-4.12, 5.03, 6.02, 7.04 (liked it a lot & used it for years), 8.00, XI, x4.3.0.3, x6.2.0.20, x7.4.0.11, x8.3.0.13, x9.2.0.7; now using PSPx10 (PSP 2018; version 20.2.0.1 x64) on Win 10-64 b2004.

I have the same problem with PSP2019 Ultimate.
Zooming in and out with mouse wheel makes no difference.
Update applied and that makes no difference.
