Check this freeware, nexusfont from http://www.xiles.net/
You can view , backup, delete ,arrange and more
I just clean over 150 fonts...

*I'm using the portable.

I have 467 fonts, probably far to many for what i do.

It appears that I have 840 but no idea where most of them came from, but I am not sure why you need to risk downloading yet another programme to delete them when I open the Windows fonts folder I can do whatever I want with them there , not a great fan of keep downloading programs from unknown sources when I can do all it does any rate

BJC, surly you can delete fonts, but with that app you can see the fonts clearly and decide how to handle them with few more options.
840 fonts can take ~300MB .
